Our Passion is to see Jesus reign in every aspect of our lives, our communities, and our world, thus bringing glory to his name.
Our Vision is to establish communities of faith that will transform the world.
Our Mission is to expand God's kingdom through the development of Community Transformation Training strategies.
Core Values 1. Taking Risks - One cannot grow in faith and obedience to Jesus without taking risks. Following in the foot steps of our spiritual predecessors, we will put our lives and our resources at risk to build God's kingdom. "If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross and follow me. For whoever whould save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake and the sake of the gospel will save it." (Mark 8:34-35) "By faith, Moses, when he was grown up, refused to be called the son of Pharaoh's daughter, choosing rather to be mistreated with the people of God than to enjoy the fleeting pleasures of sin. He considered the reproach of Christ greater wealth than the treasures of Egypt, for he was looking to the reward." (Hebrews 11: 24-25) 2. Incarnational - Just as Jesus left the comforts of heaven to bear witness to the glory of God on earth, we are to leave behind lives of comfort and ease in order to live out the gospel in visible and tangible ways. Living incarnationally among the poor and marginalized enables us to learn from our neighbors as well as giving us opportunities to be tangible witnesses to the gospel of Jesus Christ. "And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen his glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth." (John 1:14) "Let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven." (Matthew 5:16) 3. Cross-Cultural - Until there are disciples of Jesus Christ among all people groups, there is a need to equip and send cross-cultural missionaries. "And this gospel of the kingdom will be proclaimed throughout the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come." (Matthew 24:14)
